IQGen, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates a proprietary digital platform designed to connect users (“you,” “your,” or “User”) with a range of financing resources and tools specifically geared toward the deployment and adoption of solar energy systems. Our registered business address is 8 The Green, Suite B, Dover, DE 19901. By accessing or using our platform, you are agreeing to be legally bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue any use of the platform.

Platform Overview

The IQGen platform is a facilitative ecosystem that supports interactions between consumers, solar installation contractors, and vetted third-party financial institutions. It functions by aggregating a variety of financing options, enabling digital loan application submissions, providing users with real-time loan tracking, and streamlining the underwriting process through sophisticated data collection tools. Moreover, it integrates customer support features to ensure a smooth user experience. IQGen, LLC itself does not issue loans, perform credit underwriting, or make any financing decisions. These actions are solely the responsibility of our third-party partners.

Eligibility and Account Responsibility

To utilize the platform, you must be at least 18 years of age, possess the legal capacity to enter binding contracts, and not be subject to any legal restriction preventing you from using the platform. During registration, you agree to submit only accurate, current, and complete information. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are liable for all activities conducted under your account. Should you become aware of any unauthorized access or breach of your account, you must notify us immediately.

Financing Disclaimer

IQGen, LLC makes no representations or warranties regarding the approval of financing, the accuracy of credit offers, or the suitability of any particular financing product for your needs. Decisions about financing, including credit checks, interest rates, approval, and final terms, are made exclusively by the third-party financial institutions. You bear full responsibility for reviewing and accepting any offer before entering into a financing agreement. IQGen, LLC may receive compensation for completed referrals or transactions, which is standard practice and does not influence the financial products offered to you.

Revenue Model

Revenue generated by IQGen, LLC may include, but is not limited to, referral fees from lenders, software access fees from installation partners, or subscription fees for users accessing premium features. All applicable user-facing fees will be disclosed prior to engagement or usage.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with its intended function. Prohibited activities include submitting false or misleading information, attempting unauthorized access to data, engaging in reverse engineering or data scraping, and violating intellectual property rights.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property associated with the platform, including the source code, graphic designs, logos, digital content, and documentation, is either owned by or licensed to IQGen, LLC and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the platform in accordance with these terms. Any unauthorized use or duplication of the platform's content is strictly prohibited.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IQGen, LLC, its affiliates, employees, contractors, and third-party service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the platform or breach of these terms.

Termination and Content Removal

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the platform at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to suspected violations of these Terms, illegal conduct, or attempts to undermine the security or integrity of our systems. Content found to be in violation of applicable laws or platform policies may be removed without prior notice.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration, administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. You explicitly waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits or arbitrations.

Amendments and Electronic Communications

IQGen, LLC may amend or update these Terms at our sole discretion. Notice of significant changes will be provided via email and/or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. By using the platform, you consent to receive communications electronically, including legally required notices and disclosures. You also agree that electronic signatures and digital records shall be afforded the same legal standing as traditional paper documents and handwritten signatures.
